Each wood slice is made to order and can vary slightly from the pictures listed. Colors vary based on each piece of wood and the lighting. Knots and wood grain will vary from piece to piece. It shows the natural characteristics within the wood.

You may expect a shipping confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled. Be sure to check your junk/spam mail as it may have ended there as well.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

To start a return, you can contact us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
